I-485 是 必 須 在 美 國 等 的 ﹐ 持 AP 出 境 只 能 是 短 時 間 的 變 通 辦 法 ﹐ 不 可 能 大 部 份 時 間 在 境 外 。 你 可 用 I-824 申 請 將 你 的 I-485 改 成 在 廣 州 美 領 館 申 請 移 民 簽 証 ﹐ 這 樣 可 在 境 外 等 待 排 期 。
