一个关于NIW的问题, thanks....

i am now applying for NIW/I140 at TSC. i am an H1-B holder. now i am moving to New York and doing H1-B transfer.

my questions are:

how could INS know that my first H1-B is terminated? will my university notify INS after my employment is terminated?

in that case, will TSC transfer my case to another center?

what should i do to make sure my case be retained at TSC?
