可以拥有两个绿卡不同类别的140，485吗

我和爱人都有工作，公司都可以给办绿卡。我们想两个人都办。我的问题是，如果一
个人的工卡先下来，我们同时为对方递交了140，那么如果另一个人过些时候也可以
递交了140了，还能再递吗。我们属于绿卡不同类别。

因为我们的工作都不是很稳定。不想把希望都寄托在一个人身上。所以想为对方同
时递。这样一个人办下来，另一人还可以接着办，不浪费时间。

所以我的问题是，不同绿卡类别
1。 我们可以同时为对方递交140吗。
2。 我们可以同时为对方递交485吗。
3。 一个人可以同时有几个不同类别的140和485吗。

另外我们正在寻找移民律师，请推荐好的律师。
