Well, on the other hand, it might messed up with your case too. when you deal with IRS, keeep it simple, some time even just changing address, they will messed up your case, and result delay. I moved within the same city, and did not get my FP notice for several mon. If you have lot of time, you can try to file EB1, but if I were you, I will enjoy life,you will get it, as long as you are leagel, and keep the job.
