otherwise H4 will be illegal staying here...although H4 is depending on H1.

I don't know if it will have trouble...

but you should correct it before I-94 H4 expired.

I-102 form downloaded from USCIS website and follow the instruction to fill it out and go to Local INS office to let them issue a new I-94 card...should not pay fee.
