请前辈指教

本人现在高校做博士后，持H1签证。
1）若果想去公司工作，需要重新申请H1签证吗，可以转用现在的而不占名额吗？
2）如果现在递交140申请，那末转去公司工作会影响该申请吗？谢谢！
