Yes I did NIW application with 140 self-sponsored. Did your mean that if my I140 is approved before next August, then I can go to school without visa and take any job with EAD card?
I know if my 485 is denied then I will be in big trouble if I used EAD card, but I only need go to school 2 years and after school I could apply new 140 with new catalog (nurse). Do you think is it a good way to go? I could still stay in my current job until 485 approved at whatever time but I really hate the current job..
