H1B to F1 after filed 140/485.

I am holding H1B visa at it's 1st year. I just sent out my 140/485/765/131 on Septmber and I765 was approved couple days ago. But I plan to go to school next year on August.
1. If my 140 will or will not be approved before August, is there any different for changing my visa from H1B to F1?
2. If I can not change visa after filed 140/485, can I use EAD for work and go to school without F1 visa?
3. Or, before I go to school, can I withdraw my green card application and apply F1 visa?
