140批准后，大多人的H1可以延期，有的甚至可以走consulate process。等的时间是长了点，但最后终能拿到绿卡。

没有140批准的话则一切免谈。对大多数人来说，绿卡申请难是难在140， 而不是485。

至于140，485同时递也是最近1年流行起来的，以前一般都是先等140批准后才递485的，因为140只有50%的批准机会。

我可以说这个版上一大半的帖子实际上讨论的是140而不是485。不讨论140等于是不讨论绿卡的事情了。
