不对

对走劳工卡的人来说，140不重要，重要的是劳工卡，没有劳工卡就没有140和485。
对NIW以及杰出人才来说，140最重要，没有140批准的前提，就没有485。

讨论绿卡申请，实际上大多数人讨论的是140而不是485。

只有一个大概是例外，就是护士申请绿卡。140 几乎100%批准，而485取决于又没有visascreen证书。
