finally got the NIW RFE mail. INS asked me to submit more evidence to support why labor certification need to be waived. They asked me to submit grand application / award, submit publication citing. But I only have 4 publications and 2 submitted papers, no citing at all. My reference letters are strong, though, from the authorities in my research field. Asked several attorneys and was told my background is weak, what can I do? no hope at all? Thanks.
