H-4什么时候才能拿到EAC,谢谢!

LG(H-1)公司申请LC已经一年半了,据说明年差不多会下来,然后会FILE140和485的PETITION,请问我在哪个阶段(LC APPROVED? 140 APPROVED? 485 APPROVED?)能拿到工卡?
