回复：140和485会一起FILE的,用等到140批下来吗?

啊？１０月１日后，对中国印度出生的人要排期了，可以随时递交１４０，但是４８５必须等到你的priority date (the day you filed your LC)变成current你才能递交４８５，你没听说这个新规定吗？不能再同时递交１４０和４８５ 了。
