请求大家的建议

我的HIB 2006年6月就到6年了，递上的RIR还没消息，现在我被公司裁员了。我正在努力的找工作，若很快找到，不知道H1B能不能批下来？若找不到工作，我可以回国，可是我太太就要生第三个孩子了，回国可能不让生，怎么办？ 大家能不能给点建议？ 非常感谢！！
