This 180 days information is RIGHT for all others
sponsored by their company, meaning the company
has to sign their applications and provide other required documents.

Most people file their GC by their company,
so they have to wait 180 day.

However, NIW(EB2) and Extraordinary Ability(EB1)
are self-sponsored, meaning you sign the
application by yourself, so you are not
confined by this rule.
