Do I need to transfer my I485?

I am working in a university in California and hold an academic H-1B. The I485 was filed in Dec. 2004 (I140 has been approved). Now I get an offer from a company in Texas. The question is: when I move to Texas, do I need to transfer my I485 to Texas center? Do I need to refile I485? Should I keep my H-1B or use my EAD? I will keep my CA address after I move to TX. Thanks a lot.
