Help needed

新手上路，还请大侠们多多指教。

我知道I-140 是绿卡申请，I-485是转换身份，EAD是劳工卡。但我不明白什么劳工卡与H1有什么关系，也不很清楚它们之间的关系。那位大侠能给扫盲以下或给个联结。
