NIW 和LC 同时申请可以吗？

由于大倒退，我想在10月之前file NIW，把485 先排上期。同时LC 的申请今天就递上去。我的问题是同时申请NIW 对劳工卡这类的申请有没有影响？再有，等劳工卡批准后，我是应该file一个新的I140，对吧？如果这个I140批准后，可不可以直接把LC的140转到先前file的NIW 的485上？还有一个问题，听说，485 file上去6个月就可以换工作，或者即使帮助申请的公司倒闭也不会影响绿卡的申请，是真的吗？非常急，望各位大侠能尽快给个建议。
