Usually, CIS will come back to you with RFE if they think you are not qulified. Prepare more recommanded letters and other stuff for that if you are not confident right now.

Your spouse can not apply for F1 after you submit I-140 with her name on. Anyway, H4 is perfect legal for attending school.
