1/ 以前用过H1
 

2/ marketing 的工作不合符TN要求 （business systems analyst 沾点边，找咨询公司做management consultant 进不去 - MBA毕业多年了） 
 

3/ L2? 要在加工作一年，then inter-company tranfer to the US


 

还有其他options吗？-Try H-1 if you had not used the 6-year H-1 before or if you have stayed outside US for at least one year.
