请教加拿大公民在美工作途径

1/ 以前用过H1
2/ marketing 的工作不合符TN要求 （business systems analyst 沾点边，找咨询公司做management consultant 进不去 - MBA毕业多年了） 
3/ L2? 要在加工作一年，then inter-company tranfer to the US

还有其他options吗？
