谢分享。昨天那啥Paxlovid，5天后不能用的贴，楼还那么高，仅大概瞄了眼，说实在没看懂。。。

Paxlovid 不建议在症状初发5天后用？机理是什么？ -  ？？不知道这说法是从那来的？

看CDC怎么说：“Paxlovid is given twice daily for 5 days, starting as soon as possible and within 5 days of symptom onset”, “Paxlovid must be started within five days of symptoms appearing.”
是说尽可能早的使用，在症状出现的5天内开始服用，注意：5天内为起始点，5天不是终止点啊。
