may needs GPA. Elective pass/fail generates potential unfairness within a large group of students. My son is in UPenn, and they are still doing elective pass/fail. I know some of his courses are very critical for his future career. I am not sure how the bank/company compare pass vs A in the future. Anyway it generates potential unfairness.
