I still have 2 stupid questions. For LCA, I just did it on line, and got a certified print out in 1 minute. Is this the right way to do it? Suppose my H-1B petition approved, does it mean I am not F1 immediately? or is there a follow-up step to change to H-1B based on the approved petition?
