目前处于H1b 60天 grace periodd的最后几天。律师一直在准备递交新工作的申请。但是时间很紧张，所以请问8老师：

1. 如果在grace period的第60天仅仅拿到Fedex delivery 的收据，但是没有时间拿到USCIS的收据，是否仍可以继续在美国境内等待批准，而不会out of status?

-Technically you will be out of status if USCIS does not put your data into their system before your grace period ends, but depends on the IO, sometimes you may be OK even if it is late for a few days. So, just wait in US for the appoval. If the approval notice has the I-94, you can continue to stay and work in US as an H-1b holder. If the approval notice has no I-94, then you have to leave US for China to get the H-1b visa in China to come back to activate your H-1B status. So, I suggest you to ask your employer to use premium processing to get the result in 15 days.

2. 如果USCIS 收据上的Received Date 超过了60天grace period, 那么在等待approve 以前，有必要出境吗？-No. See above.

3. 如果批准后，是否可以开始工作？-
