1. 如果有了新的I-94，是不是就没有our of status 的隐患了？-Correct.
2. 如果批准书有新的I-94，那么received Date 超过60天，也不会对递交485有影响吧？-No problem. That means you don't have status gap (USCIS does not count it even if you are out of status for a few days).
3. 这样的话，家属拿新的批准书复印件，可以从国内申请签证吧？-Yes, but only if your H-1B approval notice has I-94, then your spouse or kid can apply for the H-4 visa in China, otherwise, you need to go to China to apply for the H-1b visa together with their H-4 visa application.
