请问两位老师和坛内大侠，本人B1去年12月17日到期，我FILE了延期，正在等待批准，如果这时有公司愿意雇我，能否申请H1B?

-Yes, but the risk is that the B2 is denied, your H1 will also be denied. So, had better wait for the B2 approval, then file H1 and use prepium processing. Another issue is that you only can apply for the H1 on/after April 1, and work on Oct. 1 if you will work for a company and you had never worked for an industrial company before as an H1 holder.
