尊敬的各位老师:

本人从加拿大过来，持有TN1签证。现在公司同意给我办绿卡。但人事说要先给我申请H1B。请问可不可以用TN1申请绿卡，如果可以用哪个更好？

-Yes and not different no matter you have TN or H1 status.

另外如果拿到了H1B，离开美国再回来需不需要再签证？

-No visa required for Canadian citizen.

还有从申请EB2开始直到最后拿到绿卡的整个程序如何，都有什么步骤？

-Your employer file PERM to DOL, after the PERM approval, then I-140 to USCIS; then you file I-485 when the priority is current. Hire a lawyer to help you. It will about 5 years or more for you to get the green card if you were born in Mainland China.
