Thank you so so much. I went thru your blog and saw some mention about "follow to join". If I don't include my hu*****and in my 02/2012 filing, I assume I can add him later when my PD becomes current again. The worst case is: my GC is approved before I get a chance to add him. But if that happens, he can file Follow-To-Join right away without waiting for any visa number. And he can use his TN withouth any worries. Am I right? To me, it seems that it's better off not to add him now. Besides, it might take some effort to pursuade his company to sponsor H1-B after his 485 filing. What do you think?
