请教一下, 我现在是在大学里做生物postdoc，属于non-profit h1b. 想找公司的工作。请问如果
接到公司的offer， 是要重新申请H1B还是用现有的H1B进行TRANSFER？还有， 在转industry的h1b期间或者H1B申请递交了之后能不能开始工作，还是说要等到新的h1b拿到之后才能工作？

-You can work for the company after the H1 transfer is filed because there are still many H1 quotes available at this point. For the safe reason, you may just use premium processing to get the H1 transfer approved in 15 days and then, work for the company.
