请教non-profit H1B to industry H1B 问题

请教一下, 我现在是在大学里做生物postdoc，属于non-profit h1b. 想找公司的工作。请问如果
接到公司的offer， 是要重新申请H1B还是用现有的H1B进行TRANSFER？还有， 在转industry的h1b期间或者H1B申请递交了之后能不能开始工作，还是说要等到新的h1b拿到之后才能工作？多谢！
