If my F1 application is approved, wil I get a new I-94 card for F1?
If my F1 application is denied, will it put me into the same situation as I don't transfer H1 to F1 before my H1 is withdrawn? Or will I become illegal to stay?
Can I apply to another F1 or B2 at that time?
What if I return China directly after layoff and later get an F1 to come to US, can I drop school to work immediately after I find a job before I get an degree? That is, will this behavior prohibit me from getting H1b (I have used OPT for M.S.)?
