-Follow the I-539 Instructions and the following doecuments are also needed:
1.Two or three recent Paystubs of H1 holder
2.Copy of the H1 Approval Notice of your spouse (I-797).
3. Copy of your passport

除了５３９外，要不要写一封信，告诉为舍么要转，

-Indicate the date you lost job or ealier than that as the H4 effective date in the I-539.
