-Either you change your status to H4 or do H1 transfer, you are required to provide the recent paycheck stubs (3 months normally). So, that will be a problem for your H4 status application if you do not have the paycheck unless you will get the h4 visa outside US. Normally, without paycheck stubs for one or two months is not aproblem for h1 transfer, but you may need to go outisde of US to get the H1 visa if you do not have pycheck stubs for several months or more if you do h1 transfer.
