读了您的回帖，还有一事需要请教。您说如果H1b is approved,我可以在H1B生效前的一个月内持H1回美国，但我的工作日期是从7月中旬开始。我应该拿什么签证进入美国呢？
-You can use F1 visa (OPT) to enter U.S. and work and then, on Oct. 1 your status will be H1. Of course, you can stay in U.S. if you do not want leave.

律师说F1-OPT is conflict with H1b。
-Not true because your H1 is not effective yet until Oct. 1. After Oct.1, your h1 status/I-94 will override your F1 (OPT) status/I-94, and then, your status will be H1. So, don't worry.

在这个问题上，加拿大公民有什么不一样的待遇吗？
-Nothing special.

我可以拿加拿大护照和approved H1B 在7月进入美国吗？
-No. But you can enter US just using your Canadian passport as a visitor (you will get a B2 I-94 at the port of entry), but you can not work until Oct. 1 when your H1 is effective.
在加-美边境入关和在美国的飞机场入关有什么区别吗？
-Not diiferent.
