What if the new position differs (other than the title)only in the depth of the work, rather than the scope, and with no managerial duties? Would I go thru the same process as you outlined? Thank you!!!
-Minor changes in job description can be accommodated (title promotion does not matter). But any substantial change would require starting all over again.
