如果在有回美纸的情况下，H1B延期还没批下来就离境，会有风险吗？
-It is OK to use AP and come back to work for the same employer without using EAD in your case, but if you have dependents (kid and spouse) whose status are H4, their H4 status will be affected if you use AP to come back. If you are single, it should have no problem.
