请问大师们，递交H1B延期的申请后可以回国吗？
-Yes. But the problem is that if your H1 extension is approved during your travel and your H1 visa is based on your old H1 approved notice, your I-94 duration will be based onn your old h1 approval notice, and thus you need to file the H1 extension again because the I-94 you get the at the port of entry will override the new H1 extension approval I-94. More risky is that if your old h1 expires during you travel, you can not get the H1 visa unless someone send the new H1 approval notice to you.

-No.
