Thank you very much!!! There is only one CBP in our city.
-You may go there again and maybe another officer will fix it for you. Talk the issue to the officer and said this was the CBP officer's fault to issue the wron I-94 to you.
Also, you can go to any CBP office at any international airport to fix it (there is the international airport even in the small city).

I wonder if there are any problems if I can not fix the issue.
-I think there would be a problem to your status if you can not fix it.

My lawyer said it is not a problem, I called her. Is she right?
-I hope your lawyer is right. But to my knowlege, I am not convenced by her.
