By the way, double check the date of the I-94 issued at the port of entry when you entered U.S. two years ago and the date of your h1 transfer approval to see which was earlier. If your I-94 at the port of entry was issued ealier and the H1 transfer approval was later, you are OK and nothing need to do and nothing needed to worried. Otherwise, you need to fix the I-94.
