在MA，一小生物制药公司（20- persons）sponsor H1B， 但费用自付，salary job title: scientist. 背景， PHD， PostD 3yrs.

Q1 H1B费用自付，salary
Q2 H1B有被拒的可能吗？由于小公司？薪水低？
