从拿到I-20到file Form I-539，再到最终转换到F-1身份，最终要多长时间？

我如果能在7月份拿到I-20，还来得及在8月15日前，转换身份吗？
-Yes. As long as you file the change of status (I-539), you can legally study and wait for the F1 approval at the same time.
