回复：H1-B 转换 F-1

公司裁员，我现在的H1-B能保持到08/15/2009。
我申请了一个学校，9月下旬开学。请问如何能够保证顺利把身份转换到F-1? 只要是在08/15/2009之前拿到I-20就立即自动转换到F-1身份了吗？
