一直在用H1B工作，在办RENEW。该死的人事，一直在拖，今天是DEADLINE了，律师那还差公司的一份材料。今天寄不出去的话，我的身份会受影响吗？
-Your h1 petition will be approved without a problem if you can file it within 10 days after your current H1 status expires. But the problem is that you can not work until your h1 extention petition is approved due to your current expiration. so, I suggest that you may ask your employer to use premium processing to get the h1 petition approved within 15 days if you do not want to use EAD to work.

140是批了，485也交了，在PENDING
