看863211的回“急问：aos， no H1B 回国结婚”帖，有点糊涂了。

863211在“急问：aos， no H1B 回国结婚”回帖中写:“Get married first and then file green card application immediately by follow-to-join using Consulate Processing so that your spouse can get the GC along with you at the same time.”

这是说follow-to-join应该在GC没批以前交，这样GC可以一起批准，对吗？

可是皮匠的博客里，关于I-824是这样说的“对于副申请人来说，… … 你必须等到主申请人的绿卡下来之后，才能交 I-824. 此时，填 I-824 的 Part 2 是 C，Part 3 是填 I-485. 所以，在主申请人的 I-485 没有批准之前，不要着急交 I-824，即使交了也没有用的。

到底是谁说得对呢？I－824应该在主申请人I－485没批以前交还是批了以后交。还是我哪里没看明白，误解了呢？
