What allforGC said is exact what I meaned. “your spouse can get the GC along with you at the same time.” doe not mean you and your spouse will get the GC at the same day, but only means USCIS will consider both yours I-485 at the same period of time if you file your spouse I-485 before your I-485 is approved. Actually, very few cases is that both hu*****and and wife get their GC applications approved at the same day even if they are all in U.S.
