H1B transfer 问题 请教pjiang 和各位高手

Hi, I am transferring my H-B, I have one question regarding this. That is, after filing the transfer application, when I can start working for the new company? I have to wait until it gets approved(with approval notice) or I can start right after I get the receipt notice. The new company can file premium service for my case.
