hi Pjiang, thanks for the quick reply!! I just forgot one important thing. If I will be leaving my current company say on June 13th, which I have no choice. Can I start with new employer on June 30th? If so, there will be around 15 days gap but if the application can be filed say around June 13th, will it be OK for my H1B status. I have AOS pending for more than 180 days with EAD. But I'd like to do H-1B transfer.

What do you think I should do in this case? Will start on an earlier date with my new company help? Or it will not be an issue.
