紧急求助：请教H1B学校转公司的问题

各位热心的大侠：

我现在是在学校的H1B，据说是不占H1B名额的。因为比较急的原因想很快转到公司性质的行业，请问这种情况转H1B需不需要占用那种每年几万的H1B名额？一般会有问题吗？大概需要多长时间？
