你要是有US master Plus的学位还可以舒缓些。但还是得4月1日提交申请，10月1日后上班。
如果没有这些学位，比如外籍学位的劳工，就很难在4月份抢到一个h1b名额了。估计明年不会比今年好太多。
当然也很难估算，七月份大潮，很多学校出来的人都会拿EAD工作。
不过你短期想去公司应该没什么办法，如果非要用h1的话。
